Scani El Menu lets you create, publish and manage a menu available through a link and a QR code, with translations, photos, team management and analytics. The service is provided "as is" and evolves regularly.

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for actions taken from your account and by the members you invite.

A venue owner can grant or revoke team members' access at any time.

You keep ownership of your texts, prices and photos. You grant us the right to host, display and technically adapt them (resizing, translation) solely to provide the service.

You guarantee you hold the rights to the photos you publish and that your information (prices, allergens, availability) is accurate. Displayed prices bind the venue, not Scani El Menu.

AI-generated translations and descriptions are suggestions: it is up to you to review them.

Illegal, misleading or hateful content or content infringing others' rights; impersonating a venue; attempts at unauthorised access, overload or bypassing service limits. We may suspend an account in case of violation.

Every new venue gets a one-month free trial. After that, the single plan (25 TND per month, all features and unlimited team members) can be paid for 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months, with up to 20% off. Once the payment is received, a unique activation code, tied to the venue and the chosen duration, is given to the customer; entering it extends the subscription immediately. Durations stack on top of the current period. There is no automatic renewal.

On the end date, the menu stays visible for 24 hours. After that it is paused: your guests see a message inviting them to let the venue know. Your data is kept and the menu is reactivated as soon as a code is activated.

You can change your menu's address; the old one keeps redirecting. After a venue is deleted, its address stays blocked for 90 days so old QR codes never open another venue's menu.

We do our best to keep the service available and fast, without guaranteeing it will never be interrupted. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid in the last 12 months, except in case of gross negligence.

You can delete your venue at any time from the settings, and request deletion of your account at hello@scanielmenu.tn.

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Failing an amicable agreement, the courts of Tunis have jurisdiction.
